Key Deliverables
- The Service Manager will be responsible for assisting in delivering T&O Services.
- Demonstrate effective leadership to specific clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Supporting the Senior Management Team, Consultant Surgeons and other stakeholders in daily Management of T&O.
- Input into the divisional transformation programme within the wider trust transformation team.
- Ensure the achievement of national access targets including 18 week RTT, emergency care targets and cancer targets.
- Day to day operational management for services.
- Contribute to the wider management of the Division and of the Trust on specific projects as and when appropriate.
- Production of plans, documentation and the responsibility of ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders.
- Ensure all organisational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realised from the implementation of change.
