Location: London
- Responsibility for all Trauma and Orthopaedics including all aspects of operational service and performance management.
- Ensure the delivery of high quality, patient focused and cost-effective services in line with the Trust’s Strategic Direction.
- Set and continuously review service standards in line with the Directorates objectives, the Trust’s contractual agreements and national standards.
- Ensure all areas within the Service meet all relevant performance and access targets such as 18 weeks Referral To Treatment.
- Develop and deliver high quality, responsive services in line with the requirements of key stakeholders.
- Develop systems that encourage and enable patient involvement and a patient centred service.
