- Working with the Deputy COO to develop a new operating model for patient flow
- Engaging with teams across the hospitals, build on, refine and design flow improvement work programmes
- Lead on the development of implementation plans, using quality service improvement and redesign principles
- Operational oversight to embed new flow operating model
- Lead on communications strategy for flow programmes
