Key deliverables:
- Act as business partner to a designated Directorate and its leadership team to influence and shape the people and change agenda, developing and delivering HR plans and priorities for the specified Directorate.
- Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR.
- Diagnose business and people related issues and requirements for the Directorate.
- Act as the crucial link between the needs of the Directorate and accessing the resources and talents of the specialist Corporate Workforce and OD functions.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleague Business Partners to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters across all Directorates
- Contribute to the overall management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
