Daily rate: Band 8b (plus HCAS) Agency Cap

Duration: 3 months initially
Location: South East
Key deliverables:
- This post will provide management and business support around 18 weeks RTT.
- Provide strong and effective leadership to specific clinical and non-clinical teams and individuals, particularly around targets and performance.
- Provide training to existing staff around RTT.
- Attend and contribute to the organisation’s wider performance meetings (e.g. RTT PTL meetings) to raise awareness around waiting times and escalate issues.
- Work closely with the direct validation team.
