Key Deliverables

  • The Transformation & Service Manager will be responsible for assisting in delivering the transformation programme and delivery for T&O, Oral Surgery, ENT & Plastics Services.
  • Input into the divisional transformation programme within the wider trust transformation team.
  • Day to day operational management for services.
  • Supporting the Senior Management Team, Consultant Surgeons and other stakeholders in daily Management of T&O.
  • Production of plans, documentation and the responsibility of ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure all organisational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realised from the implementation of change.
