Key deliverables:
- This post will provide Project Management and business support around 18 weeks RTT.
- Provide strong and effective leadership to specific clinical and non-clinical teams and individuals, particularly around targets.
- Attend and contribute to the organisation’s wider performance meetings (e.g. RTT PTL meeting) to raise awareness around waiting times and escalate issues.
- Utilise the resources of the IMAS Intensive Support Team (IST) to their maximum potential.
- Work closely with the direct validation team.
